This half-day retreat is designed to do more than just recharge—it helps your team remember who they are beneath the burnout. I created this experience for teams navigating stress, change, or simply needing space to reconnect on a deeper level.
Over 3.5 to 4 hours, I guide your group through grounding yoga, breathwork, meditation, group coaching, and values-based exercises that invite reflection and trust. We also include journaling, connection circles, and a deeply restorative sound bath to close. I provide nourishing snacks and herbal teas to support the body as well as the mind.
