A transFURmational yoga experience that brings joy, connection, and healing — one pose and one pup at a time. 

At Alchemy by Active Lotus, we believe that true healing happens when we soften, surrender, and let love in — sometimes in the form of a gentle stretch, other times in the form of a wagging tail. 

Paws & Poses is a unique yoga and sound healing experience that pairs gentle movement with puppy love and sacred sound. It’s playful. It’s peaceful. And it’s profoundly heart-opening. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just showing up for the dogs (we get it!), this experience invites you to laugh, breathe, and reconnect with the joy that lives inside you. We’ve seen firsthand how this combination of movement, mindfulness, and unconditional love leaves people feeling lighter, calmer, and more present — long after the class ends.
